The Apartment is located in Dorsoduro the very heart of Venice at Calle dei Guardiani a few minutes away from Piazzale Roma (bus terminal) and Campo Santa Margherita,evening student meeting point,and just a short walk from Academia. San Marco Square or Rialto. Moreover is right next to the 'Zattere' water bus stop, where the lines for the islands of Giudecca, San Giorgio, Lido and Murano.

Other Check-in is usually at 3 pm. Early check-in will depend on whether the apartment is empty on the day of your arrival. Please note that 25 euro will be charged for arrivals after 21:00 (late check in fee). Check out time at 11 am.

From 'Santa Lucia' Railway station:
Take waterbus A.C.T.V. N. 2 direction Tronchetto and fet at San Basilio stop. From here you have to wal down the Fondamenta San Sebastian until the end than turn right through the Fondamenta del Soccorso and take the first bridge on your left, than turn right and the first street on your right is Calle dei Guardiani

By Bus
From Marco polo airport (Venice) you can take the bus nr 5 or the Alilaguna service (boat); from Canova airport (Treviso), you can take the shuttle bus and reach Piazzale Roma and then take the public boat service to your final destination
