Gently settled on the hillock and wisely renovated, the farmhouse is situated in an Old Tuscan building that dates back from the 14th century.
Easily reachable by car, an ample and free car park is available for our guests.

Thanks to his location, this comfortable farmhouse is the excellent starting point to visit not only Florence and the main tourist destinations of Tuscany, but also to go for a relaxing walk or to ride between woods and mountain streams, between vineyards and olive groves.

The Settemerli farmhouse, characterized by his typical Tuscan style, is surrounded by a garden with a large number of forest trees.
Every bedroom is finely furnished in a typical tuscany style. Thanks to their wonderful panoramic view, they represent the excellent shelter in every season of the year.

The staff at Settimerli Farmhouse is at your disposition for any assistance and any information that you may require, in conformity with traditional Tuscan hospitality. Domestic animals are welcomed in our farmhouse; their presences have to be communicated at the time of your reservation.

Every morning , our breakfast will be served buffet-style well assorted in a characteristic room. The buffet, always abudant, will be plenty of food and drink to choose: sweet and salad dishes, italian coffees, fresh fruit, biological and homemade products and Certosa's delicious fruity marmalades of Florence.

How to reach us
By Airplane - From Amerigo Vespucci Airport Of Florence, you can easily arrive at the Settemerli Farmhouse by taxi (approximately 15 minutes time) or by bus (approximately 25 minutes time).

By train - You can take whether a taxi or a bus. It takes approximately 10 minutes time to reach the Settemerli Farmhouse from the Central train station Santa Maria Novella. The bus stop is close to our main entrance.

By car - If you are arriving to Florence by car, you may use our car park. It is free and reseved for our guests.
