The meeting area is located on the first floor with a wide foyer. The “Leonardo” conference main room (about 100 square meters) can take up to 100 people; it is equipped with big glass windows filtering natural light and with advanced audiovisual technologies, soundproofed, liable to be obscured. The main room can be subdivided into two rooms, “Gioconda”; and “Icaro”, up to 60 and 40 people respectively.
The rooms are equipped with amplification, radio microphone, screen (lent form video format), video-headlight maximum resolution, and videoconference facilities. Moreover, “Osteria Ripa “Arno” is a comfortable restaurant where the traditional Tuscan cuisine and the Mediterranean cooking join to a refined and charmed place. From Florence Airport:

By Car
Take the direction Florence city centre and after the crossroad takt the direction "Viadotto All'Indiano", you will cross a red bridge, after on your right you will find the signs to FI-PI-LI and follow the direction Pisa. Take the exit Empoli Est, and follow the direction to Empoli, proced to the same road until a bridge on your right, cross the bridge and cross the first round-about and you will see the Hotel da Vinci on your left.

By Train:
Take the bus shuttle to Florence station or a taxi, then take a train to Pisa or Livorno and take off at Empoli Station, then you can take a taxi and in 3 minutes you will be at the hotel. From Pisa Airport:

take the FI-PI-LI to Florence direction, exit Empoli Est and follow the above instructions.

By Train:
take a taxi to Pisa station and take a train direction Florence, get off at Empoli station and take a taxi.
