In the entrance on the ground floor, is a modern Reception area with various technological supports, and coffee shop, and lounge with a fireplace creates an atmosphere attrative for breakfasts and reading.
Distributed in the two floors above, are diverse rooms surrounded by large private balconies with panoramic views. The residence is open all year long.
All the rooms were furnished with care with the best material choosen for the walls and bed sets and as much care taken with the wardrobes, sofas, seats and floors in fine parquet (all the wodden furniture are handicrafted).

The rooms are all provided with wide bathrooms and private terraces, and is equipped with air conditioning, telephones, TV, internet access, hairdryer, and mini-bar. One of the rooms is also equipped for disabled guests.
Wide are the trip possibilities to neighboring territories of the Castelli Romani: the Greek abbey of San Nilo of Grottaferrata, the Villas Tuscolane, the Tuscolo Archeological Park, the lake of Castel Gandolfo, the lake of Nemi, etc... For one who may want to practice sport, the agriturismo has a swimming-pool and a tennis court and in the immediate neighborhoods, a Corral.
The subway of Rome is only 10 minutes away by car.

How to find us:
The Tenuta Cusmano is reachable in 15 minutes by bus from the Anagnina station, metro A of Rome. It is only a few Kms from the railway station of Frascati and from Ciampino’s airport and about 30 minutes from Fiumicino’s airport by car. The neighborhood with the “Grande Raccordo Anulare” of Rome (G.R.A.) gives access to the highways for Naples and Florence.
